Firing in mosque in Germany; Fear of massive damage.

An anonymous person fired a mosque in Hegen, Germany. There was no news of casualties but partly burned in the mosque.

This incident occurred on Saturday (May 25th) at 10am local time.

Omar Aurel, head of the Hegen Great Mosque Society, told the media that the incident of arson occurred around 10am. The mosque was destroyed due to the rampage in the dustbin and paper box stack outside the mosque.

He said no one was injured in this. However, the entrance of the mosque has been badly damaged. At that time the whole mosque was filled with smoke. All the furniture inside were lost.

He said the police examined the cameras to monitor the police. Video footage showed that just before the fire started, suspects pulled out something from a pocket.
